Shipping Policy

To ensure your package is delivered correctly and on time, please make sure your shipping address is entered accurately and includes all necessary information. This includes:

  • Correct abbreviations

  • Street numbers

  • Building or apartment numbers

  • Route information (if applicable)

We cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect at the time of purchase.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to processing time, which is separate from shipping time. Typically, orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to process after payment is authorized and verified.

During special circumstances such as public health events, processing may take an additional 2–3 days to ensure your packages are handled safely.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If your package has not arrived or your tracking information shows it was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: claims can take up to 30 days to resolve, depending on the shipping carrier.

Important: BunnyKachu cannot accept responsibility for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier marks as delivered.
